Our digital business cards are what we list and sell directly — but they aren't the limit of what we make. If you need something printed, or a design built from scratch, send us an enquiry and we'll quote it for you.

We're a small business that's still building its reputation, and we'd rather earn your trust than ask for it up front. If you're a local business in our local area and you come to us for printing, design, or a digital business card, we'll create the product and ship it out to you — and we only ask for payment once it's in your hands and you're happy with the quality of what you've received.
This offer applies to local businesses in our local area only. Enquiries from further afield are just as welcome, but follow our standard terms, with payment arranged before dispatch. Please include your business name and location in your email so we can confirm whether you're eligible. Scope, quantities, and price are always agreed with you in writing before any work starts, and the offer is extended at our discretion on an enquiry-by-enquiry basis.

By purchasing from TheGradeCards, you agree to the following terms. They cover both our digital products and the physical printed products we supply. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
Products & Delivery
Shipping & Physical Orders
Printed items are made to order, so dispatch times vary with the product and the quantity. We confirm an expected timescale with you before production begins. Delivery is to the address you supply, and we cannot be held responsible for orders that fail to arrive because that address was incorrect or incomplete. Once an order has been handed to a carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If an item reaches you damaged, faulty, or not as agreed, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs and we will reprint or refund it.
Refund Policy
Digital products. Because files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Physical products. Printed items are produced to order and personalised to you, so we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was agreed, we will reprint or refund it, as set out under Shipping and Physical Orders above. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Intellectual Property
All designs sold by TheGradeCards, whether supplied as digital files or as printed products, are for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of our designs is strictly prohibited.
Custom Print & Design Enquiries
Printing, leaflet, and bespoke design work is not sold from the fixed price list that covers our listed digital products. It is quoted individually, subject to availability, and no work begins until scope, quantity, and price have been confirmed in writing by both parties.
Local Business Offer
Our pay-after-delivery offer is available only to businesses located in our local area, and is extended at our discretion on an enquiry-by-enquiry basis. Where it applies, the agreed price becomes payable once the product has been received and its quality accepted. Concerns about quality must be raised within a reasonable period of delivery so that we can put things right. This offer does not apply to orders from outside the local area, which follow our standard terms with payment arranged before dispatch.
Limitation of Liability
TheGradeCards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital or physical products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication.
